Cindy Rockwell - Chief
Executive Officer
Cindy Rockwell, CustomerVision's chief
executive officer, brings to the company and its
customers an expertise in managing business and
technology, and a passion for the web's
collaborative communication potential. Ms.
Rockwell is responsible for developing and
implementing CustomerVision's business strategy
and vision.
At CustomerVision, Ms. Rockwell's work has
expanded the company's leadership in the emerging
collaborative communication market, helping the
company turn it's technology into a group of
related solutions that enable corporations to
improve sales effectiveness, support new
applications, educate customers and provide a
platform for employee collaborative
learning.
With both a Computer Science and Business
degree from Simpson College and an extensive
background in executive management in Fortune 500
companies; Ms. Rockwell brings to CustomerVision a
solid mixture of business development and
engineering skills. She also has a strong
background in enterprise application development.
Before founding CustomerVision, she was Vice
President in charge of cross selling programs for
Wells Fargo, one of the world's leaders in cross
sell methodology. Before her role with Wells
Fargo, Ms. Rockwell held senior management
positions with the Principal Financial Group, a
leading global financial institution. With
Principal she was responsible for the business
plan development, implementation and
infrastructure development for a direct sales
channel offering Principal's vast array of
financial products and services, including
Principal Bank. Before that Ms. Rockwell pioneered
an international CRM solution that was one of the
earliest successful financial industry CRM
systems, for which she holds one of the first CRM
related patents.
Ms. Rockwell has been a featured speaker at
numerous industry and technology conferences and
she is often quoted in the media on topics ranging
from the future direction of collaborative
communication to cross selling strategy for
financial services.

Brian Keairns - Vice
President of Product Marketing
As the Vice President of Product Marketing
at CustomerVision, Brian is responsible for
technology and solutions strategy, corporate
messaging, market research and analysis, and
marketing communications activities.
Prior to founding CustomerVision, Brian was
Vice President of Product Management for WorkWise
Software where he launched the successful Business
Alerts product line, currently being resold by
market leaders such as Best Software, Computer
Associates, and Deltek Systems. Before WorkWise,
Brian directed the marketing and product
management efforts for Attachmate's Internet
Products Division.
In his role as product manager for Spry
Inc.'s Internet in a Box, Brian was responsible
for the successful creation and launch of the
world's first integrated Internet access product.
Launched in conjunction with O'Reilly and
Associates in 1994, Internet in a Box was the
first mass marketed consumer Internet product and
led the way for the wave of Internet access and
ISP products that were to follow. As a result of
the success of Internet in a Box, Spry Inc. was
acquired by CompuServe and then by AOL-Time
Warner.
Brian started his career in the software
industry at Microsoft Corporation were he was part
of the sales and marketing teams that launched
Microsoft SQL Server and Windows NT.

Tom Wynne - Chief
Technologist
Before joining CustomerVision Tom Wynne
planned and built several successful commercial
applications currently in distribution and use by
such major technology companies as Best Software,
Computer Associates and ADP. In his current role
as Chief Technologist, Tom helps plan and develop
CustomerVision products.
Cliff Monlux -
Chairman
As Chairman of CustomerVision Cliff Monlux
brings over 20 years of experience and success in
the development and early stage management of
technology companies. Cliff was most recently
engaged with The Highpoint Group in Seattle, WA,
helping technology companies with corporate
development, capitalization, and M&A
activities. Cliff is the founder of CapitalStream,
a market leader-providing web and front office
automation solutions for banks and finance
companies. Cliff also founded WorkWise Software in
1995, which developed and marketed a human
resource program called Employee File, now sold by
ADP. WorkWise also created the market leading
Alerting and EAI technology for
small/mid-enterprise companies sold through
software companies like Sage, and Computer
Associates. Cliff also serves on the board of
directors of several technology companies in the
Northwest.
