CustomerVision's web-based learning support solution is available to Amdocs sales employees through the Answer section of their sales portal. Through the Answer Center, the sales force is able to browse through the answers to commonly asked questions and view easy to follow information to ensure they have the knowledge they need to be effective. From the Answer Center, the sales employees can also easily submit a question using CustomerVision's email workflow.

Deployments of CustomerVision Effectiveness solution have shown significant reductions in employee phone calls and emails and an increase in self-service usage and sales effectiveness.
