Des Moines, IA - February 15, 2004 - CustomerVision, Inc, announced today a new Private Label partnership with CoreTrac, Inc. CoreTrac is licensing the CustomerVision Customer Service and CustomerVision Marketing solutions. CustomerVision delivers easy to use, customer-focused solutions to help organizations successfully align their cross selling and customer service strategies and practices in order to deliver a superior customer experience. Built on top of our flexible web-based architecture, CustomerVision enables organizations to attract, enhance and retain customer relationships.

CoreTrac's browser-based CRM solution, ResourceOne, manages leads and referrals, promotes cross-selling efforts, and tracks individual, departmental and branch goals. It also manages incentive programs, generates detailed status reports for management, facilitates marketing campaigns and provides a complete view of the client relationship. CoreTrac will distribute private label versions of the CustomerVision Customer Service and Marketing solutions to their customers as a new product offering. The private label version named "R1 Client Resource Center," will complement CoreTrac's existing CRM offering by providing a customer facing solution that is integrated with their financial service customer's websites. CoreTrac Customer Center is targeted for release in February.
