Process Overview
Note: Each exit interview process is customized to fit the specific needs of each client.
Data collected from exiting employees is a measure of Employee Engagement

Recommended exit interview components

  An on-line survey is developed and deployed  
 
collects quantitative data on each of the six dimensions
 
 
gathers initial qualitative data using open ended questions
 
Each item on the survey is responded to twice:  
 
an Importance rating to determine how important the item is that person’s experience
 
 
a Performance rating to determine how the organization is performing
 
The data is analyzed and serves as the basis for the “live” interview  
A 30+ minute “live” interview is conducted with respondents  
 
The “live”interview is used to clarify ratings from the on-line survey
Reveal additional information about the exiting employees employment experience
 
Monthly Reports are distributed and Quarterly meetings are scheduled to discuss the findings and recommendations for action
