If 2020 taught us anything, it is that we are human. We want to be treated like such. This applies to our work experience. Although technically we are employees, managers, or freelancers, we still want to be treated like humans.

Our friends at SAP SuccessFactors recently launched the LinkedIn Live series “The Rise of HXM- Human Experience Management”. It focuses on redefining work to include both employee experience and human experience. The series was hosted by Laurie Ruettimann (founder of Punk Rock HR), Minda Hars (author of “The Memo”), and Lars Schmidt (founder of Amplify).

It was an honor to be part of the HMX launch crew, and I wanted to share the first season with you. I hope you enjoy it!
