In 1980, President Carter issued the first Presidential Proclamation calling on the American people to remember the contributions of women. This year we celebrate the 25th anniversary of the multicultural women's history movement. Women are finding stimulating opportunities for growth and development emerging in the workplace every day.  HRshopper will help provide many of the answers that will help women fulfill their career goals.

In honoring women's achievements we recognize the complexity and contradiction of living a full and purposeful life.  HRshopper welcomes your personal stories detailing your own struggles, successes and even failures.  Helping other women understand the important contributions and challenges overcome by women in the workplace, will help inspire others to think larger and bolder.

  • Treat all customers/clients equally and with respect, without regard to their sex, race, sexual orientation, age, marital or family status, pregnancy, parenthood, disability or size.

  • Do not tolerate sexist, racist, sexually-explicit or pornographic images in the workplace or at any company-sponsored events.
  • Respect the laws that recognize the right of our employees to organize and establish an independent voice.
  • Provide all employee benefits without discrimination based on sex. Any health benefits offered cover the full range of reproductive health services -- including abortion.
  • Do not discriminate on the basis of marital status or sexual orientation. Benefits provided to spouses of employees are also extended to domestic partners -- including same-sex couples.
